Returns Policy

Return requests are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery when an item is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.

Keep the product unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact. Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be requested to verify transit damage or an incorrect item.

Items showing wear, fragrance, stains, alterations, or missing packaging may not be eligible. Minor variations in color caused by screen settings are not considered defects.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing time is additional.
